Orders shipped via CTT Standard Post take approximately 5 to 10 business days to arrive in Europe, up to 15 business days to the United States, and up to 20 business days for the rest of the world. Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote areas in certain countries.
Please allow up to 5 working days to ship your order. The shipping time above counts only AFTER the order is shipped!
When considering specially made to order items that are not in stock (the easel, Blackboards, Cardiographic, TIMELESS, and others), the mentioned time before shipping are working days and are just an estimate.
The costumer can only cancel such order if Joao Miranda Magic is advised by email, up to 72 hours upon purchasing the item.

Things to consider when choosing a shipping method
- ALL shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday – Friday).
- Please note that DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box. A physical address is needed in order to use ANY DHL shipping method.
- We are required to include a Customs Declaration Form describing the contents and value of a package when shipping Internationally. Many countries impose import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.

- In some circumstances DHL is required to pay certain duties and taxes in advance on our customers’ behalf. For instance, DHL may pay an advancement fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs’ release, or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these circumstances DHL will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to you, the recipient.
Please be sure to research the customs procedure in your country prior to making your purchase.
- Returns Policy: we accept returns within a window of two weeks after purchasing. However be aware that if purchasing outside the European Union, we will be charged the shipping in return + Portuguese VAT (23% of the total) + customs fees.
- The above value must be paid by the customer or the order won’t be refunded.
- There may be slight delays during the holiday season.
