Shipping Policy — João Miranda Magic
All products sold by João Miranda Magic are processed, packaged, and dispatched from Porto, Portugal, within the European Union. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge this and accept the terms below in their entirety.
Shipping Origin
Every order, regardless of the customer's country of residence, is shipped from Portugal. Once a parcel leaves our premises and enters the international logistics network, it becomes subject to the regulations and handling standards of each country it passes through or arrives in. Transit times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days (72 hours) from the moment of purchase. By completing a purchase on our store, the customer accepts this processing window as part of our standard fulfilment terms. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
When goods cross international borders, they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges levied by the destination country's customs authority. These are entirely separate from the price paid on our store and from any shipping fees shown at checkout — they are not collected, estimated, or included by us at any point during the purchase process. Import regulations vary significantly from country to country and are governed exclusively by each nation's own laws and trade policies. This is completely outside our control, and it is not possible for us to predict, calculate, or advise on what charges may apply to any specific order or destination. It is the customer's sole responsibility to research and understand the import regulations applicable in their country before placing an order. If a shipment is held by customs and a payment is required for release, that must be resolved directly with the relevant authority — we are unable to intervene. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
