*Refund & Returns Policy — João Miranda Magic*
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms of this policy in full.
*Eligible Returns*
Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrive faulty or damaged during transit. These are the only circumstances under which a return will be considered. Dissatisfaction with a product after its method has been revealed, accidental purchases, or a simple change of mind are not valid reasons for a return or refund.
*Handcrafted & Custom Items*
Products that are handcrafted or made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Given their bespoke nature, these items are considered final sale from the moment the order is confirmed.
*Condition of Returned Items*
Items submitted for return must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use, tampering, or damage — including packaging where shipping labels have been applied directly to the product box — may be refused at our discretion.
*Proof of Fault Required*
Prior to authorising any return, we require the customer to contact us and submit clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. No return will be processed without our written approval. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be eligible for a refund.
*Shipping Costs*
We will only reimburse return shipping costs for verified faulty items, and only when the shipping cost has been agreed with us in writing beforehand. Reimbursement is limited to standard shipping rates. Premium or express services — including but not limited to UPS, DHL, or equivalent carriers — will not be covered. For any return outside of a confirmed fault, shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
*Time Limit*
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the item being received. We are unable to accommodate requests made after this period under any circumstances.
*Original Purchaser Only*
We only accept returns from the person who made the original purchase. Items that have been resold or passed on to a third party are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase at any stage of the process.
*Policy Changes*
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version active at the time of purchase is the one that applies to that transaction.
